Policies

• All bookings are subject to a 10% fee if your reservation is cancelled at any time after you have booked
• Rates $125-$165 double occupancy per night
• Our “double occupancy” room rates are based on two guests. For each additional guest a $20.00/night charge will be added
• A two night minimum stay is required on major holiday or Freedom Fest weekends
• Rates include an exceptional home-cooked breakfast
• Well-behaved children are welcome
• Our dining room seats approximately 24 people for banquets or seminars
• Check-in is 4 p.m-9 pm; If later check-in is required, please make advance arrangements with the Innkeeper. Check-out is at 11a.m. Early arrivals can be arranged
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only
• As a result of the liquor license laws, any alcohol not purchased at Rachel’s cannot be consumed in any of the public areas on the premises
• Rachel’s first floor is handicap accessible
