Our dining room seats approximately 24 people for banquets or
seminars.

Check-in is 4 p.m-9 pm; If later check-in is required, please make
advance arrangements with the Innkeeper. Check-out is at 11a.m. Early arrivals
can be arranged.

All guest rooms at Rachel's B&B are non-smoking rooms.

Pet Policy:
We regret that
we are unable to accommodate pets at Rachel's B&B. If you are
traveling with a pet please inquire about The Black River Cottage.
Under some circumstances we can accommodate pets in the cottage.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual cancellations within 7 days of your reservation are billed at
full charge of lodging if your suite cannot be rented. Group
cancellations within 14 days of your reservation are billed at full
amount of lodging if suites can not be rented on such short notice.

Wedding/Elopement Reservations/cancellation policy:
Due to the extensive planning related to these events, wedding/elopement
reservations can not be cancelled and are non-refundable. Your credit
card will be charged the full amount at the time of your reservation. |
