Dining

Rachel's is nothing like eating at
your typical restaurant. There's a huge difference between
"dining" and eating. Eating is what we do just to fill our
hunger pangs, and we can do that with a ham sandwich at home! By
contrast, "Dining" is an exceptional experience that's
hard to duplicate!
That
exceptional experience can be found at
Rachel's!
You won't find crowds or loud conversations and you won't find any
lines waiting to be seated. Our dinner ambiance makes us shine by
comparison! With our candlelight setting and soft music, you
will know this dining experience has
been created exclusively for you.
You will be seated at an elegantly set
table, with flowers and candle light. After selecting your beverage,
you will begin your experience with our very popular house salad &
dressing (a combination you will remember!), served with our famous
(and huge) hot yeast rolls, prior to selecting your entree from one of
Rachel's unique recipes, known for their exquisite flavor.

is served golden brown with our special marinara sauce.

into a soft flour tortillas and toasted to blend the cheeses

Eye Steak
A twelve ounce hand-cut, marinated Rib Eye steak, charbroiled to your
specifications. A real feast! It's so tender it melts in your
mouth.

Fettuccine
Alfredo
One of Rachel's best dishes. You won't find Alfredo sauce like this
just anywhere. Made with real cream and butter, parmesan cheese and
creamed to a perfect texture, served over Al'dente pasta. Includes your
choice of tender grilled chicken breast or sautéed shrimp, and
a side of garlic bread.

Orleans Scampi
Seven plump, pink shrimp sautéed in a spicy
Cajun butter sauce, and served over Al'dente fettuccine, bordered by
garlic bread slices. This will light your fire.... so let us know if we
need to tone it down.

Hawaiian
Chicken
Marinated and then grilled tender chicken
breast, sautéed in a sweet tropical pineapple sauce, topped with a slice
of grilled pineapple.

Marsala
Tender breast of chicken, marinated and
grilled just right, topped with a Marsala wine sauce and marinated green
peppers and mushrooms.
